The Still House is intentionally designed to create a sense of calm from the moment you arrive. Rooted in a wabi-sabi aesthetic, the space embraces simplicity, natural textures, and a slower pace of living — set on 1.33 acres in Bend's quiet JD Estates neighborhood, with open common area behind the lot that makes it feel even more expansive. A world away, and yet downtown Bend is just 13 minutes down the road.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS

Three king bedrooms across the upper level, each thoughtfully furnished and looking out over the wooded backyard. All three share a full bathroom on the same level — bright, clean, and well-stocked. A second full bathroom on the main floor serves the living areas. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

LIVING + KITCHEN

The main living spaces reflect the same wabi-sabi design philosophy carried throughout the home — natural materials, warm textures, and nothing out of place. The kitchen features a dedicated espresso and coffee station to ease you into your mornings, and is fully stocked for real cooking. Multiple indoor spaces to gather, relax, or simply do nothing.

WELLNESS + GYM

This is where The Still House earns its name. Soak in the private hot tub on the back deck under the trees. Sweat it out in the traditional indoor sauna. Stay in your routine in the fully equipped home gym — treadmill, free weights, weight bench, and Peloton. The wellness setup here is genuinely exceptional for a vacation rental.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Step out to a large back deck with full outdoor dining and seating — the natural backdrop of the wooded yard and open common area behind the property makes it feel completely private. The yard is fully fenced (note: some sections are approximately 3 feet high) with a trampoline for kids and plenty of open space for play, garden time, or just sitting still.

Tucked into JD Estates on Bend's outskirts, The Still House sits far enough from town to feel like a genuine escape — and close enough that you're never truly far. Pine Nursery Park is just 4 minutes away (1.5 miles) — one of Bend's best parks with pickleball courts, a fishing pond, running trails, and a playground. Downtown Bend is 13 minutes / 6 miles. Redmond Airport is 19 minutes. Mt. Bachelor is 45 minutes for skiing, snowboarding, and summer mountain biking.

Guests have access to all guest areas of the home including:

— All three king bedrooms and both full bathrooms

— Full kitchen, living, and dining areas

— Indoor traditional sauna

— Home gym (Peloton, treadmill, free weights, weight bench)

— Private hot tub on back deck

— Large back deck with outdoor dining and seating

— Fully fenced yard with trampoline and open lawn

— Driveway parking only (garage is owner use only)

—Secret kids play nook on stair landing (crawl-through entry, toys, books, climbing triangle).

Guest do not have access to:

— A clearly labeled owner's wing and a housekeeping closet are locked and reserved for owner belongings. These spaces will not be used by anyone during your stay. These areas are well-marked and will not impact your stay in any way.

— No garage access (owner use only)

Self check-in via smart lock. Check-in instructions and access codes are released after completion of guest verification and a signed Rental Agreement but no more than 3 days before check-in.

This home is managed by Sojourn Homes, a locally-owned and operated vacation rental management company who is here for any guests needs 24/7.

The Still House is tucked into JD Estates, a quiet residential neighborhood on Bend's east side — private and peaceful, but never far from everything Central Oregon has to offer.

Pine Nursery Park is 4 minutes away (1.5 miles) — one of Bend's most beloved parks featuring multiple pickleball courts, a fishing pond, running trails, and a playground. Perfect for active families and groups.

Downtown Bend: 13 minutes / 6 miles — world-class dining, breweries, boutiques, and the Deschutes River Trail.

Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort: 45 minutes — skiing, snowboarding, and summer mountain biking.

Redmond Airport (RDM): 19 minutes.

Cascade Lakes, hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding: within 30–45 minutes.

JD Estates is a quiet, residential neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and adhere to Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines throughout their stay.

— Sleeps 6 guests maximum. Occupancy limits strictly enforced.

— Fully fenced yard — note some fence sections are approximately 3 feet high.

• A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Booking confirms agreement to these terms.

• Primary guest must be 25+ and must be present for the duration of the stay.

• Government-issued ID and screening may be required.

• No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Occupancy limits strictly enforced.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00pm–7:00am.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

• No pets (service animals welcome but must be disclosed before check in).

• Guest is financially responsible for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, excessive utility use, fines, or violations of house rules.

• Violations, noise complaints, unauthorized occupancy, or prohibited activity may result in immediate removal without refund.

Completion of a Rental Agreement, including guest verification, is required for all bookings before check-in instructions are released.
