Parking: Free street parking is available on the west side of Bluff Drive. There is no parking on the driveway for this unit.

Pets: Up to 1 well-behaved dog is allowed with a pet fee. Dog must weigh 25lbs or less.

Guests have access to the entire ADU except for two drawers in the closet that are for housekeeping only. There will be no access to the main home or garage unless whole property is booked.

This home is professionally managed by a local company, Sojourn Homes, and is available 24/7 for any guest needs.
