Neighborhood: Stay in one of the best neighborhoods in Bend – Woodside Village! Here, you’ll find large acreage estates along a peaceful flat road that is easily drivable to the best of Bend:

- 10 minutes to downtown Bend

- 30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor

- 25 minutes to Redmond Airport RDM

Common Areas: When you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed by vaulted ceilings that lead into a great room and kitchen with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, serveware, appliances large and small, basic spices and oils, soaps and dishtowels. The kitchen overlooks a breakfast nook and living room with a smart TV, comfortable sectional sofa and seating. The smart TV has cable service along with app access so you can log into your own apps like Netflix and Hulu. Around the corner, you’ll find a second living room with a cozy fireplace, sofa, large dining table that seats 8, and board games for the whole group to enjoy!

Outdoor: This home sits on two acres and is beautifully landscaped. The backyard patio is an entertainer’s dream! There is a large BBQ station, full outdoor dining set, a built in natural gas firepit with seating around, a couple of loungers and umbrellas and a 6-8 person salt water hot tub that is professionally cleaned before each stay. For kids, there is a play structure with ladder, slide, and two-story playhouse.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Unwind in the primary suite with a king bed, attached full bath with dual-head shower, double sink, and walk in closet. The hot tub is on a deck right off of this suite. There are two bedrooms down the hallway, each with a queen bed. A second full bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower is located near the main living area. All rooms come complete with full bed linens and pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash), and hair dryers.

Office/Fourth Bedroom: Near the foyer, there is a dedicated office space with a desk and chair, and lightning-fast 1G internet free of charge. For the 7th or 8th guest, there is a fold down queen murphy bed in this room and standing clothes hanger with a luggage rack. Please note, there will be a regular queen bed and frame in this office until the murphy bed arrives in May.

Other Amenities (Garage, Laundry Room): There is an in-home laundry room complete with a washer and dryer available for guest use free of charge. We provide laundry detergent. In the garage, you'll find a Ping-Pong table with bar seating nearby.

Parking/EV charging/RV Hookups: Guests have full access to the three car garage, with a pay-to-use Tesla EV charger with universal adapter for whichever EV you drive. The driveway also provides parking for additional vehicles. The home has RV parking with full hookups next to the garage – electrical, water (bring your own hose), and waste. There is plenty of room for trailers and toys!

There is a large shop at the very back of the property that is not visible from the home. This is for homeowner use only.

Meg or Dani of Sojourn Homes will be available 24/7 for any needs that may arise. Communication is through messaging and/or phone. You will be given a special code to access the home, so there is no in-person key exchange, and there is no one on site during your stay. However, if you'd like to meet us or like a tour of the home before you settle in, please let us know!

Woodside Village is comprised of large parcel estates tucked away among the pine trees. It is very safe, easily walkable and flat, quiet and private, with friendly neighbors. It's a perfect neighborhood to go on long walks with kids and dogs.

There is more than enough parking on the property for everyone in your group. Parking is free. The home is located near China Hat Road which provides extremely quick access to the highway that can put you into the center of town within minutes.

- The backyard is mostly fenced, but not fully. Pets and children must be supervised.

- There are noise decibel meters installed on the outside of the property. They do not record words, but do alert the manager on duty to excessive noise during quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of our sweet neighbors!

- Completion of a Rental Agreement, including guest verification, is required for all bookings before check-in instructions are released.
