All bedrooms come with full set of bed linens, down-comforters, pillows, and window shades. Mattresses are high-quality memory foam. Bathrooms all offer hair dryers, towels, soaps for hand, body, hair, and toilet paper.

- Bedroom 1 (primary King suite): Located on the main level, this large and private suite has a Tempur-pedic King Mattress, SmartTV, dresser, and access to the back patio and hot tub. The private ensuite bathroom (Bathroom 1) offers a walk-in shower, dual sink vanities, and a built-in bidet on the toilet.

- Bedroom 2 (secondary King suite): Located on the second floor, this retreat has beautiful views of the pine trees, king bed, dresser, SmartTV, and private ensuite bathroom (Bathroom 2) with walk-in shower.

- Bedroom 3 (Queen): Upstairs with queen bed, dresser, SmartTV, walk-in closet, with shared access to the jack n’ jill bathroom (Bathroom 3) shared with bedroom 4. Bathroom 3 has a dual sink vanity, a tub/shower combo, and toilet.

KIDDOS

- The owners having lovingly outfitted this home for parents of young children. There are toys, books, play pads, a high chair, pack n’ play, and monitoring gear for the littles.

PETS

- Up to two (2) well-behaved dogs are allowed per reservation. Owners must clean up after their dogs, may not leave dog(s) unattended and barking, and may not allow dogs on furniture. A non-refundable pet fee is collected at time of booking for us to accommodate furry friends, but this does not cover any pet-related damage which would be charged separately in that event.

Guests have access to the entire home except for the housekeeping closet in the primary bathroom

This property is professionally managed by Sojourn Homes LLC, a local boutique vacation rental company, and is available 24/7 for any guest needs

- These are the closest residential homes to Mt. Bachelor. You'll be first on the slopes

- Deschutes River trail is a few yards right from our home.

- The Seventh Mountain resort is also steps away where you can find a nice playground, gift shop, bar, mini-golf, disc-golf and other seasonal amenities. In winter, you can also ice-skate there.

- Widgi Golf course is also right next door for you to practice a few rounds (open to public).

- The Ranger station is a minute drive away. There you can pick the free map to explore your next Deschutes National Forest adventure. You can hit the mountain biking trails, hiking trails, disc-golf and even horseback ride (seasonal) - all very close from our home.

- A short drive from the home are Benham Falls, Tumalo Falls, Tetherow Golf Course, Old Mill District, Downtown Bend, Mt. Bachelor and the beautiful Cascade Lakes.

Our home is located near Seventh Mountain Resort area, and is about 10 mins to downtown bend, Grocery is 8 mins away, Mt. Bachelor is 15 mins, Cascade lakes 20/25 mins away. More information on how to get to the home will be sent to you after your reservation along with some other important details.

You will need a car if you want to get around anywhere quickly. You can also request Uber/Lyft from your smartphone.

Food delivery like Uber eats also provides service. If you need to order grocery, you can use Albertsons app and order grocery to be delivered before your arrival or contact us and we can help. You can also order food from variety of restaurants using the uber eats app.

- The yard is unfenced, please supervise children and pets

- There are 3 outdoor cameras that do not impede guest privacy

- This is a shoe-free home, please leave your kicks at the boot trays by the entrances

- You will be prompted to sign the hot tub release before gaining access code to hot tub
