Millwood Modern is a newly built luxury Bend Oregon vacation rental townhome — part of The Eight at the Old Mill, a collection of eight architecturally significant residences in the heart of Bend's most walkable neighborhood. Designed where urban contemporary meets Central Oregon resort living, every finish, fixture, and detail was chosen with intention. Light wood and natural stone accents throughout, designer hardware and lighting, Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Cascade Mountain views from the dining area and multiple balconies, and a gas firepit on the 3rd floor to come home to at the end of every day. BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS

Four beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms — sleeping up to 10 guests in genuine luxury.

 

Primary King Suite (3rd floor): A true retreat. King bed, walk-in closet, and a spa-caliber ensuite with heated tile floors, walk-in rain shower, integrated LED mirrors with anti-fog steam control, and a private toilet room. Large sliding door opens to a dedicated balcony with natural gas firepit — frosted glass panels create a wonderfully intimate and sheltered atmosphere, perfect for a glass of wine or morning coffee. Premium linens, soaps, and hair dryer included.

 

Second King Bedroom (3rd floor): A beautifully appointed room with king bed, hotel-quality linens, and generous closet space.

 

Bunk Room (3rd floor): Queen-over-queen bunk beds perfect for adults, teens, or kids — this is a proper, sturdy bunk setup that comfortably sleeps four. A twin trundle is available for a fifth person upon request. A small balcony off this room frames lovely Cascade Mountain views.

 

Lock-Off Suite (1st floor — always included): A fully self-contained unit giving your group unmatched flexibility. Queen bed with luxury linens, full bathroom with walk-in shower, complete kitchen (induction cooktop, oven/microwave combo, mini refrigerator without freezer, dishwasher, pantry), Smart TV with streaming, cozy seating area, dining space, and in-unit washer and dryer. Guests have full access to all areas of the home and garage except for a housekeeping closet off main living area. Self check-in via smart lock. Check-in instructions and access codes released after completion of guest verification and signed Rental Agreement but no more than 3 days before check in.

 

 

Our team is available 24/7 for guest needs during their stay via message stream or phone. Guests check in and out via smartlock.

 

GOOD TO KNOW:

— XL twin pull-out in bunk room: please let us know in advance if you will use this bed as linens are kept offsite and we want to have them ready for your arrival!

— Lock-off suite always included — queen bed, full kitchen (mini fridge, no freezer), full bath, in-unit laundry.

— Millwood Modern is an attached townhome — quality construction and frosted glass balcony design ensure a peaceful, private experience throughout your stay.

— The Eight at the Old Mill is a growing development; some construction activity may be present in the area.

— Housekeeping closet off main living area is not accessible to guests.

 

TERMS

- A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Booking confirms agreement to these terms.

- Primary guest must be 25+ and must be present for the duration of the stay.

- Government-issued ID and screening may be required.

- No parties, events, or unregistered guests.

- Occupancy limits strictly enforced.

- Quiet Hours: 10:00pm–7:00am.

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

- Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome — pet fee applies. Dogs over 25 lbs considered with advance approval, please inquire with our team. No pets on furniture.

- Guest is financially responsible for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, excessive utility use, fines, or violations of house rules.

- Violations, noise complaints, unauthorized occupancy, or prohibited activity may result in immediate removal without refund.
