This property is comprised of a 3-bedroom main home and a lock-off studio apartment with private exterior entrance. Guests may choose to rent the entire property or either unit separately. This home sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children.

Upon entering, you’ll notice exquisite craftsmanship with natural stone and wood accents throughout, high-end features in the kitchens and bathrooms, and an extraordinary amount of natural light pouring into the strategically placed windows that maintain privacy despite its urban setting. This vacation home comes fully stocked with all the essentials: soaps, bed and bath linens, all kitchenware & appliances small and large, basic spices, coffee, board games and puzzles, and baby gear (as requested). We also provide a complimentary s'more station spread to kick off your perfect getaway!

1st floor: Foyer with access to garage/wellness center, studio apartment, and stairs up to the main living area.

Studio: The studio apartment can be accessed from within the foyer if rented with the main home and function as a 4th bedroom. If the studio is booked separately, it will be locked off from all guests and only the exterior entrance may be used.

- Bedroom 3: Adult bunk bed with 2 queen beds that can hold up to 2,000lbs on each level, office nook, and closet

Guests will have access to the entire home, balconies, wellness center (gym/garage), and driveway. There is no guest access in the 2nd floor housekeeping closet.

This home is professionally managed by a local company, Sojourn Homes, and is available 24/7 for any guest needs. House access if provided via smartlock.

This home sits in on a quiet street directly across the urban setting of the Old Mill with outdoor amphitheater, shopping, and dining along the Deschutes Riverr. There are many luxury apartments and townhomes along with commercial spaces within this neighborhood. You won't be short on places to walk from this home!

There is free parking on the driveway (2 spots), and free street parking along the west side of Bluff Drive. You'll likely be leaving your car behind because most everything is walkable from this location.

Parking: There is outdoor parking only. Driveway parking and free street parking are available. No parking allowed in the garage (wellness center).

Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed with pet fee. Dogs must weigh 25lbs or less. Dogs are not allowed on furniture.
