Guests will have access to the entire home, balconies, wellness center (gym/garage), and driveway. There is no guest access in the 2nd floor housekeeping closet.

This home is professionally managed by a local company, Sojourn Homes, and is available 24/7 for any guest needs. House access if provided via smartlock.

This home sits in on a quiet street directly across the urban setting of the Old Mill with outdoor amphitheater, shopping, and dining along the Deschutes River. There are many luxury apartments and townhomes along with commercial spaces within this neighborhood. You won't be short on places to walk from this home!

There is free parking on the driveway (2 spots), and free street parking along the west side of Bluff Drive. You'll likely be leaving your car behind because most everything is walkable from this location.

★Parking: There is outdoor parking only. Driveway parking and free street parking are available. No parking allowed in the garage (wellness center). Guests who rent the studio separately are asked to part on the west side of Bluff Drive.

★Guests have full access to the entire property except for a locked off housekeeping closet on the second floor.
