What is your cancellation policy?

For stays under 30 days: You may receive a 100% refund if you cancel your stay 14 or more days prior to your check in date. If you cancel 7-13 days prior to your check in date, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 7 days before check in receives no refund. No refunds outside of our cancellation policy will be honored, even for adverse weather or fire-season related reasons. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to protect your investment.

I'm bringing an infant. Do you offer any baby gear for my stay?

Yes! As parents ourselves, we know how much STUFF is needed when traveling with a baby. For that reason, we offer the following to be set up in the home for you: Pack n' play with flat sheet, highchair, baby monitor, sound machine/night light. Please note that these must be requested in advance through your guest portal and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Are events allowed in your homes?

Typically, no. Most of our homes are in close-knit neighborhoods where loud music and noise is not welcomed. There may be exceptions (with advanced approval) if you are hosting a dinner or small gathering with guests outside of your reservation count. Just please communicate with us so we know what to expect that is outside of the norm! All Guests staying in Bend are required by the city to follow Good Neighbor Guidelines: 1. 24-Hour Contact Information. If at any time you have concerns about your stay or in regards to your neighbors, please call the 24-hour contact number listed in the rental lease agreement or posted in the unit. In the event of an emergency, please call 911. 2. General Respect for Neighbors. Be friendly, courteous, and treat your neighbors like you want to be treated. Respect your neighbors and their property. 3. Noise. Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property, especially after 10 p.m. 4. Maintenance of Property. Be sure to pick up after yourself and keep the property clean, presentable and free of trash. 5. Garbage Disposal. Place trash and recycling containers at the appropriate place and time for pickup. Return trash and recycling containers to the designated location within 12 hours after pickup. Cigarette butts should be properly extinguished and disposed of in the garbage. 6. Parking & Traffic Safety. Refer to the parking diagram posted in the unit and park on-site whenever possible. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing. 7. Pets. Promptly clean-up after your pets. Prevent excessive and prolonged barking, and keep pets from roaming the neighborhood. Control aggressive pets, and be sure to abide by the local leash laws. Store pet food indoors and in a secure container to reduce the likelihood of unwanted pest problems. 8. Tenant/Guest Responsibility. Approved guests and visitors are expected to follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines. Be sure to read your rental agreement for additional terms and restrictions which may include consequences for violating the Good Neighbor Guidelines.

We enjoyed two nights at Meg’s cottage in the historic section of Bend, after evacuating from a fire that threatened our home in Sisters. Highlights included the hot-tub, the good communication, the house’s cleanliness and the location, walkable to restaurants and a good market. The large bathroom’s sink did not drain without lifting the drain plate by hand. Otherwise, the cottage provided a much needed respite.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at Meg’s beautiful townhouse right in the middle of everything in Bend. The location is perfect for walking to Old Mill District, or Downtown. There were also bikes provided in case we chose to cycle through town. Inside the rental, everything was clean, and beautifully appointed. My husband and I were both really impressed by the quality of the linens and comfort of the beds. We had plenty of towels and great water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities, cold filtered water pitchers in the fridge, and ice to refill our bottles in the freezer. Check out was also easy without needing to do an excessive amount of chores before we left. Lastly, Meg’s communication was on point. Reached out before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this amazing property for large or small families to stay, and would definitely rebook again!

We had such a great stay, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a full meal. Definitely more than other Airbnbs we’ve been to. The house was so clean and the bedding smelled fresh and clean. We loved hanging out on the balcony for dinner and then roasted marshmallows on the upstairs balcony at night with the kids. It was right up the street from the old mill market area (ie. sisters coffee, shopping, candy shop, and ice cream shop, etc). Meg was very sweet and responsive which made the stay easy. Meg and Co put so much thought into all the details that make a good Air BNB a great one: smore’s kit for the fire, cornhole, blankets for cool nights in the Adirondack chairs, multiple (large) JBL speakers both inside and out. Made for a very festive holiday weekend! The location is super convenient, both for accessing all the great outdoor activities that Bend has to offer, and also close to restaurants and shops of downtown. This home was the perfect place for my family as we were in Bend for my son’s wedding. There was plenty of room for my three daughters, their spouses, 3 infants, and myself. The location was great, about 15 minutes to wherever we were going in Bend. It also offered a large backyard for the toddlers to play in, complete with a slide and playhouse. There is a big kitchen to make meals in, and I even made my son’s wedding cake here. The washer and dryer came in handy to wash the babies’ clothes and bedding as needed. Finally, Meg does a great job communicating and she responded quickly to all of our questions. It was a wonderful place to stay.

While this place is connected to their home, we found it to be a peaceful place to sleep. Bed is comfortable, shower has good water pressure, it was clean and Meg was very good at communicating with us. It’s a nice neighborhood where you will see deer at different times of the day. We were greeted by four of them upon arrival. We walked to nearby businesses for coffee and breakfast. Meg is upfront (on the listing) that you will need to walk up a long driveway and to the back of the house. You will need to carry your luggage most of the way as there is gravel and mulch. Too difficult to roll a suitcase back there. We didn’t have any trouble as we had small suitcases and backpacks. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is located a short drive from downtown Bend and we were able to both drive and use Ubers to get to town easily. The house is immaculate and well appointed with large bedrooms throughout. Having two homes was perfect for our family. Since we had 2 young grandsons that had different nap schedules it was nice to have the back house as a quiet area for naps. The house was in a great location and so beautiful. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that there was an issue with the oven and sink over the weekend. I had to contact them twice for basic things. The oven wouldn't turn on and the kitchen sink needed a new filter or something. It sounded like they need to figure out a breaker issue for the oven. Guests shouldn't have to mess with breaker panels. They were very responsive but definitively didn't want to have to deal with this while on vacation.

We really enjoyed the character of Meg’s place. Nestled in a historical neighborhood within easy walking distance to riverfront trails, downtown and tons of restaurants we loved the mix of modern upgrades (particularly the bathrooms) while maintaining the original character of the home. The outside of the property has great curb appeal and the landscape is well maintained - making it easy to enjoy the outdoor spaces. The hot tub was clean and a nice treat as it cooled in the evenings. We always had easy parking right in front of the house. We cooked quite a bit and found the kitchen to be very functional, clean and well stocked with quality cookware, spices and more. Beds were also very comfortable. Additional features like Roku TVs, puzzles, board games and darts were fun for entertainment. Meg and her team communicated proactively throughout our stay and ensured everything met our expectations. We look forward to returning one day!

Our girls group of 6 greatly enjoyed our weekend in this rental. The house was clean, well stocked, and the host was very helpful. We spent most of our time relaxing in the backyard, which had plenty of seating, a fire pit, bbq, cornhole and a speaker. There is a bit of road noise, but otherwise it was peaceful. A deer crossed through the backyard one morning. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot and had great water pressure. The bedrooms are down a hallway from the living spaces, which gave nice noise separation. Location was 25 min from Redmond, an easy 10 min from Bend and also not far from Sunriver. Had a lovely, flat bike ride in Sunriver near the river. Host provided great recommendations around Bend, if you’re not familiar with the area. Would definitely stay again!

We travelled to Bend for my brothers bachelor party. There were 6 of us total, and the home fit us all.. and then some! If you’re looking to spend time near old bend and enjoy the many restaurants and bars, outdoor activities, and poppin’ night life, This is the location for you. We were able to walk just about anywhere, but if you did bring a car there is a private garage to park. Very spacious I might add, we had a 7 seater SUV and it fit fine. Meg and her team were very communicative throughout the whole process - from scheduling our trip, to our arrival, and departure. Their response time said ~30mins, but it felt much faster. It looks like they put a lot of resources in making our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely book with them again in the future. Customer service has been declining recently but they really provided stellar service!!

This home completely blew us away — every room looked like it belonged in a design magazine! It was the most beautiful place to slow down and just be together as a family. The loft was exactly as described and very comfortable. Although compact, it’s thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage for a short stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to lots of things to do, especially the Old Mill District. There are also several great restaurants along SW Bond Street worth checking out. The only issue we encountered was parking. We were instructed to park along SW Bluff Dr., which we did, but on our second night we received a notice from the city warning that our car could be towed if we parked there overnight again. That added a lot of stress to our visit. We reached out to Megan to explain the situation, and she kindly allowed us to park in the driveway for two nights. On our final night (a Saturday), we parked on the street again and had no problems. Overall, the parking situation is the one drawback to staying here, which is unfortunate because it’s outside the host’s control. Everything else about the loft and the location was great.

We especially enjoyed the two front porch chairs for morning coffee and evening sunsets. If you’re quiet, you will likely spot deer walking right through the driveway area. We walked to a coffee shop, Nancy P’s bakery (delicious), and the nearby grocery store down the hill. The grocery store is a little pricier, but it’s employee-owned and has an excellent beverage selection. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking (even for families & larger groups) and included basic seasonings, which was very convenient for preparing a few meals without buying extra supplies. A couple things future guests should know: the driveway is quite steep and takes a little practice when pulling in and backing out of the garage. Also, during a particularly warm week, we noticed the upstairs sleeping area stayed noticeably warmer than the main level.

The beautiful home is located in the Westside near coffee shops and breweries and a very nice/fancy super market. (Costco/Trader Joe's are 11 min north.) Its superspacious, comfy sofa/chairs, big dining room table and bench, big TV, and the home has really wide stairs! (Do note there are lots of stairs as its a 3-story home!) Everything was super comfortable and well maintained, and everything is well stocked. Almost every kitchen item you could need is provided for - included a hand mixer, mixing bowls, pots, pans, its all there. Even storage containers! The driveway is supersteep so I scratched our Yamaha bike hitch several times going up and down - so you have to angle your car well to void doing that. Also the double garage is superspacious but if you have a rooftop rack, you'll have to take it off but I could drive inside with my 4-bike rack loaded. Super-recommend! Maybe my favorite airbnb ever! And Meg was superresponsive! Thank you!!!

There’s so much to do within a five-minute walk, including great spots to eat and explore, and it’s an easy walk to grocery stores as well. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the amenities. It was cold and a bit snowy during our stay, so we appreciated the hot tub after skiing. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable (beds were a dream), cozy and welcoming in a quiet neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants close by. Walkable to the Old Mill shopping and dining and downtown Bend in about 20 minutes. Lovely salt-water jacuzzi was exactly what was needed after a day of skiing Mount bachelor which is about a 25 minute drive away. The Deschutes River Trail is walkable from the house, which we used more than once, but what made it feel like an actual home base rather than just a place to sleep was everything else. Our stay in Bend was a mixed experience. While the home was clean and the host was very responsive, we encountered several maintenance issues that impacted our trip. Upon arrival, there was a strong, foul odor in the hallway. The host quickly sent a plumber to clear a rotting blockage, but the repair required us to vacate the home for an entire day. We also noticed the dishwasher doesn't drain properly, leading to a lingering smell. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the hot tub as the water smelled like a pond and it was surrounded by swarms of bees. Inside, the beds were ok, and the kitchen is minimally stocked. We also found several dirty dishes in the cupboards. Bathrooms are clean, however no hairdryer is provided. We truly appreciated the host’s quick communication and effort to fix the plumbing emergency, but between the repair downtime and the unusable amenities, it wasn't the relaxing stay we had hoped for. We had a great experience! House was clean and well organized. We really liked the laundry on the same level as the primary sleeping spaces (3rd floor). The kids would have loved a hot tub, generally a requirement when we frequent Bend, but the jetted tub sufficed. The house is situated on a hill, which included a steep driveway (could be an issue for low clearance vehicles). The house was three levels. This arrangement could be challenging to some but we loved it. Helped us get our steps in! We even walked to a coffee shop a couple blocks away, which made for a short, brisk walk. The garage was quite massive, which was nice for storing bikes and such. The deck, while overlooking the driveway, was pleasant and had a nice view into town. While not at all a deal breaker, we would have liked a bit more seating/lounging in the living room. There's a couch and a big single chair, and another single seat chair. Maybe a love seat or second couch would work? Overall, a solid "yes" from us!

Bachelor, which was only a quick 30 min drive away (or there is also the Park & Ride nearby). We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful Caldera Springs home. The moment we walked in, we were struck by the stunning vaulted ceilings and open layout. The massive kitchen was a dream to use when cooking for the family, especially with the Wolf range, if you know you know. The location is just as impressive as the home itself. The property backs up to gorgeous woods with seemingly endless trails, perfect for morning walks and exploring the area. Our stay with Meg was perfect! When we had questions she was quick to respond and help. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving week at their place and it was fabulous! We were very close to shops and restaurants and never had to hop in our car. We would walk downtown for dinner and shopping and walked to the theatre at the Old Mill District. Usually we ski when we are in Bend, but there wasn’t snow this season. Instead we found beautiful hiking trails. So, if you are looking for a great location and place to stay this is it! Meg and Dani were fabulous hosts!

‘Milestone Manor’ is an incredible property and our family had the best time! The house had plenty of space for all the adults and kids and the main kitchen/living area was perfect for us all to hang together. Beautiful home in a great location! Very close (a short walk, about 3-5 minutes) to Old Mill. Extremely clean & house is stocked with anything you could need (including bikes and paddle boards). Great balconies to hang out & relax on. The sauna was a nice way relax. The extra studio room downstairs is a great addition as well. To top it off the host was very responsive and answered any question I had in about 5 minutes each time. Would definitely stay here again.

If you like, a place, that is very contemporary, clean and comfortable, this is it. It was very spacious and had what seemed to be 10 foot ceilings on every floor. A sauna and cold plunge in the garage, which proved to be popular with my family. And it’s exactly one block down a little curved road to the waterfront with restaurants and great shopping. Great biking trails And the river floating course nearby as well. No complaints at all.
