Common Areas: The home’s vaulted ceilings with skylights and open-concept layout create a great first impression when you first enter the home. Everything has been professionally designed to create a tasteful and modern environment. The spacious living room has a large leather sectional and smart TV (Roku access to local channels and your apps like Netflix and Hulu, no cable). Views to the fireplace lead into the dining room and kitchen. The dining room comfortably seats 6 with books and board games nearby. The kitchen is fit with new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances and offers amenities you won’t have to pack from home: basic spices and cooking oil, soaps and dishtowels, utensils, serveware, and appliances large and small. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room available for guest use, free of charge. We provide laundry detergent and towels there for the hot tub.
Outdoor: The back deck offers a propane BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, and 6-person salt water hot tub. The hot tub is professionally cleaned and maintained before each guest’s stay. Beyond the deck, you’ll find a grassy lawn and private garage for guest use. There are up to 4 private parking spots at this property. The front porch spans the entire front of the home and has a dining set and porch swing, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and a book!
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: All bedrooms are stocked with full linen sets and pillows. All bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash), bathroom tissue, and hair dryers.

For the 7th or 8th guest – There are 2 rollaway twin cots stored in the primary suite closet. There is plenty of room in the primary bedroom or common area for these to be set up. Ideal for a small adult or child. Please let us know in advance if you need these set up!
Guests have access to the entire property (garage too) except one housekeeping closet in the hallway
We are a local company that is available to help guests 24/7 and are about a mile away for any guest needs!
Good to know:
- Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed with a pet fee. Cats and other types of pets are not allowed.
- The backyard fence is 4' high. Pets and children must be supervised.
- There are noise decibel meters installed on the outside of the property. They do not record words, but do alert the manager on duty to excessive noise during quiet hours of 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of our sweet neighbors!
